I was previously doing kegels before I tried the Kegelmaster. I used another device (waste of money) called the Kegelcisor. When I first tried the Kegelmaster I had problems reaching an orgasm and knew I was no longer tight since the birth of my child although I had a gozillion stitches and a epistiotmy.
